Shows I'm excited about: Once Upon A Time

Once Upon a Time is a series that I am very passionate about. A great story about good and evil, Once Upon a Time follows Emma Snow and the residence of Storybrooke. According to the series there are many different universes that exist, and some, like the world where all of our fairytale characters exist, have magic. When Snow White and Prince Charming wed, the Evil Queen gives them a chilling warning; your happy days are numbered. The Queen (with some help from Rumplestiltskin) finds a curse that will take away everyone’s happy ending. This means sending them to a truly horrific world, a world without magic... Our world.
Fast forward 28 years and Emma Snow is confronted by her ten year old son whom she gave up for adoption. Her son Henry comes bearing chilling news; Emma is the child of Snow White and Prince Charming, and she alone can break the curse.
Once Upon a Time gives us a ‘behind the storybook’ approach to the characters we all know and love. Throughout the first season we got a look at why Jiminy Cricket is so moral, why Grumpy is so... angry, and just what Snow White did to get the Evil Queen to want her dead. Season two can only bring us more insights as well as terrific acting from Ginny Goodwin (Snow White), Jennifer Morrison (Emma Snow), Josh Dallas (Prince Charming), and Lana Parrilla (Evil Queen). Once Upon a Time was created by LOST writer’s Edward Kitsis and Adam Horowitz, and they both write for the show, too.
Season two will begin airing September 30 on ABC.

I'm away for a day and so much Once Upon A Time news comes out

I had 32 e-mails in one account and two in another, 300 new FaceBook updates and countless Tweets and I was only away from the Internet for 24 hours! Holy Hannah peeps!

If I can I'll let you know where I was, but for now let's check in with Once Upon a Time. First up, Ginny! Oh much love for Ginnifer Goodwin. She seems like such an adorable, bubbly, smart person. I would love to have a cuppa with her (and Ginny you can totally come over to my place, I'm working on frothing the milk I swear).
She is a cover girl this month on the wonderful BackStage magazine, as well as having a great interview inside. I mean great interview too; I hate when the interviewer has no idea what's going on. This person asked some great questions.

Interview lies beyond the link

Jennifer Morrison is also making the rounds:

Last but not least, Once Upon a Time as a whole. Ad Age has found that Once Upon a Time is the most anticipated new show despite airing up to a month behind other shows. Well done to Once and to fans!

If you've found anything else about Once let me know.

Last two Once Upon a Time posters

Here they are, looking so pretty. We're getting closer to the premiere, October 23 folks! Yes!!

What do you think of these? Personally, the Prince one looks a little... odd, but the Emma one looks to beautiful.

Nothing much (BEDA #13)

Hey my bloggy babies, what's going on? Nothing much over this way, just had company over (I know right! Company! Like I'm a real adult and stuff and people come over and eat and talk about the world and politics and then they say thank you for the lovely time and then they leeeeave!) and now we're playing some Guitar Hero(TM and all that) till sleepy time.

What did everyone else do this fine Saturday?

Oh, before I go, a new Once Upon A Time poster... but first you have to prepare yourself. Because this one is very scary so please remove any small children and people with heart problems before you look.

I know. That's not a pretty sight, and yet I cannot look away.

I will leave you with that.

New Once Upon a Time trailer

Lots of lol'z in this one, with more Rumplestiltskin aka Robert Carlyle! This ad also shows more about the overall theme and a bit of the timeline. Can't wait till it starts, so close yet so far away!

What do you all think? Looking good, did you have to pause it when Rumpy entered the screen? Put it in the comments.
